My company is prototyping new software and would like to know the cheapest / best route to go to stream analog cameras to an on site ip server to a remote location so that the data can be distributed and collected in UI for different scenario's.
Each site will have 4 to 8 camera's and we will have site's all over the US formed into collections for remote viewing and management purposes. We are in need of a good analog to ip solution that is cheap because we will be reselling these as packages in mass volume.
Who is a good provider for this type of product so that we can integrate this into our solution.
thanks a lot!

Axis has pretty good products, but may not be the cheapest out there....

Because I can not find IP camera's that are as cheap as analog camera's.
Here is what we have come up with so far:
analog camera's because they are cheaper
ip server because we have to use analog camera's
----
would much rather use all ip camera's !
---
the solutions that my company will be providing will be shipped as packages and installed remotely. And we control the network remotely for clients that we will never meet; however, we have to design specific UI based on what the end user may want, if desired something other than the out of the box.
We develop simple solutions to enterprise solutions for companies to better manage their investments remotely. The only way we know how to do this is by the analog camera's to ip, based on price point.
I am open to suggestions.
