Well I have a BL-C10A that is not working correctly. I have pressed the reset button numerous times to no avail. The light blinks orange as it goes through its calibration, then blinks green and finally goes solid indicating a succesfull IP from the DHCP server. I can confirm this by scanning the network and then pinging that IP. Once the lightgoes solid green the pings only last for about 20 seconds and then stops responding until I reset it and this process starts over again. During the 20 seconds it does respond I cannot open the web page. I'm not sure what is going on with this thing, I'm asuming a bad firmware update or something, just how I got it. Since I cannot load the page to perform a firmware update I thought I might try to use the Setup CD.. only problem is I threw it and the box out last week.. bummer. Can anyone send me the setup utility or an iso of the setup cd? Any other ideas? Thanks!

black6spdz,
PM me your e-mail address and I will send you the setup utility. If you cannot accept attachments 3MB in size, let me know and I will host the download for you _________________ Support Engineer

Would you mind helping me out with the same utility? We recently moved and lost one of our software boxes in the shuffle and this is something I do need to get up and running again. Many thanks in advance - PM coming your way.

Thanks for pointing out the download site for the bin file for the BL C10. But I'm in the same situation - how exactly do I get this to run so the software loads and I can see my camera on the network again?
Thanks in advance for the help!

This is the place for downloading exe files. The bin file is a flash update that that upgrades your cam and it can only be installed from cammera when loged in.
to access cam 192.168.1.253 or 192.168.0.253. You dont need the setup software to access cam.

I can't figure out how to add the zoom functionality. I have downloaded the 1.25 firmware and installed it twice, like it says to do for that function, but it hasn't shown up on the cameras page. Also, how do I set it so it can be accessed via the internet rather than just locally?

DMZ Host IP Address inside your router should be enabled and enter the ipd address of the camera. This will solve the internet access problem
