Hello all. I am looking for an economical small footprint video server (1-4ch) I can use on a job to convert an existing PTZ cam to IP. MPEG4 or dual streaming would be best (connection is on the slow end!)

Any suggestions? Thanks in advance...

I should note this device needs a built in web server too!
