Does anyone have any experience with the NUUO IP NVR? Any feed back would be appreciated.

Hi,

Just want to let you know. Nuuo support is non- existent.
Why? When I email to Nuuo, no one answer to support
their product. I have to call them up personally on the phone,
to get my answers.

Nuuo comes with 2 versions. "+"{plus)and the non "+"(plus).
The "+" version claimed to support Mega pixels camera,
like the Axis 207MW.

According to Nuuo's staff, the non"+"(plus) version does
not support Mega pixels cameras However, I heard from
a second source that it does support Mega pixels camera, but
it will not be Mega pixels resolution and you can only see the full size VGA resolution (640 x 480).

I tried to clarify whether this case is true or not. But till now
after sending the mail to them for at lease 2 weeks, I have not
received anything from Nuuo yet.

Besides the kind of bad news shown above, Nuuo is very easy to use, not too complicated.

Thanks for the information. I hate to hear that you are having support problems. Support is the most important part of any software.

I ran the trial version for NUUO and really liked the way it operated. Cost is great also.

I have been looking at the ONSSI also, but the cost is almost double for the same features as NUUO.

Other than telephone calls, NUUO now has very good tech support through both email & Skype. Just emial to service@nuuo.com or Skype at: nuuo.service

I have been using NUUO for months and I'm impressed with them - overall.

Maybe the situation you met happened long time ago ?

Because in my experience, they will reply in mail within one week. Furthermore, now they have a very new website, and the information is easy to get, including contact information.

Also, after viewing the website, I confirm that the IP series can support not only megapixel, but also H.264, and it consists with my memory.
