Hello,
I have deployed 18 Hawking HNC-300 in a warehouse of 90,000 feet using two servers. This camera was used because it is economical although we were not expecting a great performance, it did. 640x480 resolution records clear motion detected video and the dating system makes easy to search in windows.
The next step is to find a software that can record all 18 plus the 6 we are adding and hardware that can take the pounding.

Hi,
zoneminder is great and free, but it is a linux software, and I somehow have the feeling that you are looking for a windows software.
I am running Blue Iris here, and Blue Iris does a maximum of 16 cameras, however I have written an addon for Blue Iris which makes it possible to use up to 50 cameras without any problem.
I am currently searching for beta testers of my software, and your setup does sound pretty good for a test setup.
If you want to give it a try, please leave me a PM and I will feed you with some details
Greetings
Wolfgang
