Hi;

Using xprotect pro and I have the archiving set at 8pm every day. As soon as the database is archived. new entry s into the database stop. If I go to the administrator and delete the camera database then everything if fine and the database still have all entries right up until the database was archived.

Any help will be appreciated. I am using the one camera system but will be ungrading to 9 camera system, will tech support be available to me via email?

Hi Michael,

Milestone will be more than happy to answer your questions via e-mail. You can send them to support@milestone.us

I have some questions for you, but it would be best to open a case "officially" rather than handle it through a forum thread Smile
