if the camera is fixed to 10 viewers you cannot cahnge that in the camera, the only way to make this possible is to use a restreaming service of any kind.

there are professional restreaming services you can use, you can set up software on a local machine as a restreaming service, or you can upload frequent images on a webserver which are being updated frequently on a website.

What purpose does the camera have? do you need a good stream, or are you satiesfied with refreshing images every couple of seconds?

Try http://www.liveaudiostreaming.com, they can restream your Axis cameras to many users at a very high quality & frame rate. The video can be embedded into a web page or viewable on Windows Media Player.

Checkout www.obxsurfinfo.com. Kevin, the owner lets his camera upload frequent images to his webspace. Then he uses a flash plugin on his site to refresh the images.

The users do not access the camera directly, only the images on the webspace, and the bandwith of the camera is only needed for uploading.

I am trying to plan a wedding and to stream video live. I'm going to use http://www.mogulus.com with a small laptop and a web cam. I wish I could just use regular IP cameras but they cannot encode the signal and transmit to a video server. When you add up the cost, you can just by or rent a laptop for an event and use mogulus for free.

if anyone has any other alternatives that simplify the cost and process let me know.
