Tomorow I am installing the BiKal Eyesoft software at an office where they want to put IP cameras in the remote offices of their employees. I have never done this before. The camera they are using is the Panasonic BL-C10A. The software looks pretty easy as far as setup. What all will I need from the remote offices? I figure I will only need the external IP and any login info they may have set up. Im nervous about this as I have never done it, but hopefully it's easier than I think.

See You Tube page with videos on how to set up BiKal. There is even a section on how to configure a router for port forwarding.
