Need a suggestion on an IP camera

What I need is an IP camera that has an alarm input and FTP capabilities. I currently have access to the Sony SNC-RZ30N cameras, but the client that we are doing this for doesn't want to spend that much money on each camera. So what i am looking for are suggestions as to cameras that run a decent price with the above mentioned capabilities.

Any input on this is appreciated.

The IPCAMWPTZ is a lower spec version (lower optical zoom, slower panning, etc) of the Sony camera, and has a digital I/O block and FTP capabilities.
