we are install 20 ip megapixel cameras but them movement is alowly like 2FPS.

what the prob?

What medium are you streaming them over?

As you can see from picture there is no problem with network bandwidth for 2 FPS. You can even use 100 MBit Ethernet!

I would personally use 5 FPS or even more. In this case you get at least 131 MBit/s with medium MJPEG compression (level 20).

Don't forget to check bandwidth before you started.

Other thing - you should use fast computer. At least one with quad core processor.
