We are two marketing students from BI Norwegian School of Management writing our final thesis about electronic word of mouth.
In the following you will find a survey about electronic forum/bulletin behaviour, and hence we are kindly asking you to dedicate 5 minutes of your time to participate in our survey. When answering the questionnaire please refer to last time you used/visited a product/service related forum.
Off course, there are no right or wrong answers- but each response to the questionnaire will help us with our project. Your responses will be treated as confidential and cannot be traced back to you.
