My kid's daycare has camera access and I signed up. I can see it fine from home on my work PC, but from work on the same PC, I always get this:

"The stream is unavailable. This might be due to the AXIS device initializing. Reconnection in progress."

Is it possible that there are some kind of settings on the network I connect to the internet on at work that are different than when I am on the internet from home on my Comcast connection?

Or is there something I need to, or can, do to get this working?

TIA

Hi,

What's the Axis model you are using?

Are you using the Internet Explorer? Does the link for the camera not belong to the trusted sites and cannot be viewed in ActiveX?

Are you using Internet explorer?

if so, setup the AxctiveX settings, still unable to access try the settings of protocol. U must select HTTP. in protocol settings of Camera..
.
Good Luck
