I have strange problem with the XProtect server and wondered if anyone could help. We are using XProtect Enterprise with a number (60ish) of Axis 206w wireless cameras around site.

From time to time a few of the cameras will change from green to grey in the recording server status window and the smart client will see them as disconnected, the Axis monitoring software however will continue to see the cameras as online.

The only way to get the cameras back up in the server/client is to restart the service.

The only change we have made recently is to switch from 3 hourly to 2 hourly archiving in order to get rid of the "disk is low on space" message across each viewing window.

Has anyone encountered this before or have any suggestions?

I am having EXACTLY the same issue, did you ever find a solution to this?

Milestone says theres a "bug" that will be sorted in the next release Sad
