I am relatively experienced. Camera is running on lan both w/ 192.168.1.101 static ip and axis8024c4.axiscam.net:8090.
I have port forwarded the linksys and changed the port on the camera to 8090 but no matter what I do I can not see it on the web.

pls help
my dsl default ip is 192.168.1.1 static ip on ipconfig says 192.168.1.103 (preferred).

pls help buck

I think you have a router to reach internet, your ip camera is behind your router, and the ip address : 192.168.1.* is a local net ip address, you must map your port on your router, then connect this port from internet ! you can try our software: H264 Webcam 3.0, it can connect 25 kinds of network ip cameras, including Axis, and Linksys. http://www.h264soft.com

Check to verify you have your default router and default subnet mask configured properly, this will be the most common issue.
