Finally I have been able to send streaming video to my website, troyster.com. I am using a dlink DCS-3220 camera and sending the feed to Camstreams.com using their software downloaded from their site... and it's free. I had to jump through a couple hoops to do it. First thing is the address of the camera has to be http://XXX.XXX.X.X/cgi-bin/video.jpg, apparently there is imbeded software in the camera, next is to use jpg push to send to camstreams do not check user authentication. No matter what you think DON'T try to uncheck the resize box doing this black screened my XP pro system couldn't even boot in safe mode after... got it fixed but that's another tale. Now it's not only streaming to camstreams.com for public view, but I have it embedded on my website. If you go there (troyster.com) and it's not running... it's only because my puter is resting, LOL I don't run at night. The camera is destined to go over to Tobago and send feed from a beach at a resort there that website link is on my site "Castara village site", that will be online 24/7/365. The DCS-3220 isn't IR capable but with very little area light at night it still works quite well. Any questions? You can reach me through my site.
