Problem Vivotek and software St7501

Good morning,

i have a big problem with an installation of 11 Ipcam vivotek ip6122 and 2 ipcam vivotek sd7151. The problem is this: after a short time, all the ipcam can views with a slowed streaming video.This software is installed with all component (Liveclient,Playback and server) on a pc server, on this pc liveclient is started and connected on localhost 127.0.0.1 and all the streaming video of ipcam are regularly views.In this installation there are 2 pc client with component "LiveClient" installed on, that are connected on the pc server for view streaming video.After a short time, all the ipcam can views with a slowed streaming video. If a close LiveClient on pc client and i restart it the streaming is normaly views but after short time this problem returns. In this lan ther's a switch lan Zyx.... 24 port ES-124P. Could depend on what this problem?
