Yes you can run live streaming video- I have many customers that run web cams of their property (vacation resorts, surf cams, weather cams) And some give PTZ controls open to the website as well-

One big difference is the 206 and 207 have been EOL'd also the M10's have H.264 capability as well as Motion JPEG & MPEG 4
