Design: 9.5 / 10 The design of the camera is easy to work with. The mount is a little squirrelly and hard to get secured.
Image Quality: 5.0 / 10 Image quality is as good as can be expected with this resolution and frame rate. If you want to see what's happening far away, get a better camera.
Easy of Use: 8.0 / 10 Just plug it in. The interface controls are pretty straight forward but do have some draw backs. The FTP username field was not long enough to accomodate the name I was using. Unfortunately, I could not change it, it was set by my server. After resetting some of the parameters, the camera's server failed to log the changes and they had to be made several times. Very frustrating.
Connectivity: 9.0 / 10 About 10% of the time the camera would not respond to web queries at all. Otherwise, pretty reliable.
Other Features: 9.5 / 10 The user interface has every option needed.
Strengths For the most part, it operates as advertised without maintenance.
Weaknesses Tech support: a crap shoot. No, dismal. Email response came in about 2-3 days. A long time when your camera doesn't work. Answers to questions were way off base. Requests for code were totally wrong. Code was unusable and we had to scour the internet for answers. Also, server's web pages are not editable so what you get is what you get. The manual was not written by someone who's first language is English so at times it's difficult to understand.
Summary Overall a good camera for most purposes. Easy to set up and use. Settings can be personalized with a little tweaking.
