Design: 8.0 / 10 Light. Downside could be that, if camera is dropped, it could be broken easily.
Image Quality: 9.5 / 10 Pretty good quality.
Easy of Use: 9.0 / 10
Connectivity: 9.9 / 10 Very easy to be recognized by its installation software that comes with the camera.
Other Features: 9.0 / 10
Strengths Image quality, stability (so far), very easy to be recognized. Axis cameras are of course very popular, so most recording/playback software will support it. I still have yet find a good software, with decent pricing (less than $200), for recording and playback.
Weaknesses - Price, price, price! The most expensive cameras!
- No recording/playback software that comes with camera. I have to look for a 3rd party software.
Summary So far, no problem for me. I hope it will last a while, and it is more stable than 4xEM cameras. I heard Axis cameras are based on Linux, so that helps make Axis cameras more stable. Will see, as this is the first time I start using Axis video products. I wish there is recording & playback software that comes with this camera. Axis are the most expensive cameras. The flip side is of course, they are well known for quality.
