It is 100% functional 340 degree pan, 100 degree tilt and 20 times zoom.

Best remote camera video I've found, it's expensive, but it presents the best all around value for the money.
Easy of Use: 8.5 / 10
The only issue I had was making it work in a multi-point wireless environment. I've setup a main router in the office, a range entender router in the middle of the manufacturing plant with an Omni antenna and each building (up to 1/2 mile away) has another router for network access with camera's and computers attached. For a camera on a single network connection, it would be a 10 out of 10.

video quality is superb and the zoom is fantastic.
Strengths
Ease of setting pre-set positions, web interface and adaptability to put video on either it's built in web interface or to export video streams to a dedicated web server are the best features of this product.
Weaknesses
It's expensive!
Summary
If you want the best, buy it and you won't be disappointed, except in any cheeper camera you try.
