(1) can not get Time to work properly, keeps resetting, even when using a NTP server or PC client.
(2) motion sensor definitely does not work, as it triggers continously and sends thousands of JPEG images to me, clogging up my inbox. there is no sensitivty adjustment for motion sensor, making it absolutely useless for any outdoor activity movement (eg russling trees, rain etc).
(3) no WPA encyption, only WEP available (even with the new GS1000 models, they only provide WEP). why on earth d... (see the full review here) |

Techsupport is bad:
- manual is a bad translation, does not cover "what if questions" or "problem solving" - Terrible!!
- website does not offer user forum
- techsupport only via email
- Setup software has bugs
- webcam does not support WPA security! Only supports WEP!!!
- there's a 20% restocking fee for returns (thats high)

Overall, a good camera at a reasonable price. If they could sort the DNS update to pass on the IP address of the router the camera was using it would be a 10/10 camera!
