Not great, but not bad. Especially for the price.

Easy to configure for basic video streaming. I use netcamwatcher to record the videos and enable motion detect in the software.

Security through obscurity. If you have access to ANY HNC-210 camera and copy the java applet, then you can view any HNC-210 without requiring a login/password.

Too easily hacked. No auto-iris.
Summary
For non-classified, civilian use (such as breakrooms, lobby entrances, etc.) on a secured, switched LAN this is a good solution for an indoor camera.
