Image Quality: 0.0 / 10 Image quality is ok however have seen the camera get stuck in night mode and will not come out of night mode until a reload of newer firmware. Night mode is not a good as I expected.

Connectivity: 0.0 / 10 1) Have seen problems where camera fails due to being stuck at the Ethernet switch. Only a power shutdown and power back up of the cmaera allows the camera back in service.
2) The camera shutdown from loss of power internal to the camera. Camera would not power up and the Camera had to be sent back to the factory.
3) Have seen the camera fail to output video however still have IP communications. The ony thing that fixed this was to send an MMI command to all cameras with issue and reset to factory defualt and then video re-appeared.

Strengths Image quality is good, when it works.
Weaknesses Firmware is weak and to be tested much more than what appears to be occuring prior to being placed on market. All these failuers occurred in less than 2 months time from being brand new.
Summary Extremely tough to get people on the phone within the company. Company is too quick to tell you that "you or the only one that has these issues" when you complain to them about it and they tell you that you are an isolated case and no one else has seen these issues like you have. Would they really tell me different, I seriously doubt it........
