spent 40+ hours with technical support and still could not get remote access. we are sending back because we don't have time to sit on hold for 2+ hours at a time for tech support who can't figure out what the issue is

Summary
We are sending this back! Poor image quality, and even with our linksys router, we cannot access the camera anywhere remotely, not even on other computers on our wireless network. Technical support was unhelpful and could not provide a solution. Don't waste of time and energy!
