Design: 9.9 / 10
Smaller would be nice.

Image Quality: 9.0 / 10
Great for the money. 640x480 is a waste though. 320x240 is just as useful and images/videos are much smaller.

Easy of Use: 9.9 / 10
Web based admin pages are clear and easy to use.
Expect to spend some time experimenting with the best settings for video quality, motion detection, etc.

Connectivity: 9.0 / 10
Wireless range is only about 30 feet with no obstructions, decent for the money.

Other Features: 9.0 / 10
Needs to be able to send an email AND FTP photos or vids upon motion detection event. It's either or currently.

Strengths
Price.

Weaknesses
Sometimes does not detect motion. Don't know if the network is busy, it's busy compressing the video, or what. Better logging might give us an idea.

Summary
My 2nd internet camera (first one Sep2007). WVC54GC-A for 9 months, $99 thru Amazon. Good unit for the money. Problems with outdoor monitoring.. clouds, change of light, swaying shrubbery, etc. Input from a external trigger would help that, old camera does that. Works better for indoor monitoring, but light changes coming in through a window can also cause false detections. I have a fast internet connection and this thing FTPs 20-200 3-second videos a day to my webhost, a lot of which are false hits, which takes time to plow thru and view. Still, a good buy overall.
