Image Quality: 5.0 / 10 expected better quality especially from internal network.
Easy of Use: 9.0 / 10 easy for me but I have set up many devices in the past so I am probably a poor judge.
Connectivity: 5.0 / 10 want iphone/smartphone compatibility. activex is a pain at the office since our IT dept does not allow loading of any software from the internet.
