Of the three I have owned, this is far and away the best. My last camera (a Toshiba) had a weatherproof enclosure, and I took that apart and mounted this camera inside it. Ha ha ha. Take that, Toshiba.... (see the full review here)

There are some affordable PTZ cameras coming on the market now, but the BL-c10a is tough to beat at the price ($160 US). Decent PTZ controls. Decent Image. Incredibly stable with the 1.22 firmware. Free recording/monitoring software and free dynamic DNS service. Works well pointed out a window to monitor property (Mine is actually installed in an unheated garage that gets freezing temperatures). I have not used the wireless version...
