Panasonic support requires holding, but at least your call is important to them. English speakers with above average competence. My problem has them stumped and no supervisor is willing to refund or swap the unit. Of 4 techs I have spoken to so far none has called me back as promised. Maybe problem is my router, but other devices connect without difficulty. Had camera for 4 months. Doesn't work as needed.... (see the full review here) |
