SONY WARRANTY FOR THIS CAM IS A JOKE.
1. video is always darkish (heavy saturation), with no adjustment possible.
2. connections stable.
3. two-way audio works quite well and clear if on wired.
Warranty is a joke:
Labor is warranty for 90 days only, and parts 1 year.

Overall the camera is good. It didn't meet my expectations though. However, it is my 1st IP camera so I don't know if most others are better or worse in this price range. I bought it at $200 CDN from Tiger Direct at the end of July, 2006.
I am returning it though at a sacrifice of 15% restocking fee because of its very grainy video in low light conditions. Plus, I wouldn't mind getting a PTZ cam. I may try the wireless G linksys (WVC200) or 4XEM (IPCAMWLPTZ) depending on whether I can get... (see the full review here)
